How do we plan to raise capital?
SORD Co has raised funds to date through private investment. As the SORDMiner enters trials, the Company will require further development funding. It plans to undertake one more round of private capital fund raising before trials are completed, with the intention of then listing and raising expansion capital on a public exchange.
Is the SORDMiner ready yet?
The SORDMiner is about to commence trials first on the surface, and then in a shallow sand environment during 2007. The first commercial mining tools are expected late 2008.
Can I buy the SORDMiner tool?
The Company's business model will be focused on joint ventures and solution provision. It is not the intent of the Company to sell the tools.
Can I invest in SORD?
Fund raising efforts are coordinated via the provision of an information memorandum / prospectus to interested parties.
