Who Are We?

SORD Technologies Limited ("SORD Co") is an Australian-based public unlisted company developing cutting edge mining systems to access valuable mineral deposits found in continuously collapsing environments such as alluvial and marine deposits.

SORD Co was incorporated in 2000, has 160 shareholders and to date has been funded by private equity. SORD Co is expected to list its equities on a suitable public stock exchange.

Business Model

SORD Co's business model will include a combination of mining its own resources and forming Joint Ventures and Partnerships with the owners of other resources - where we can best leverage the competitive advantages of the SORDMiner.

Vast known mineral resources exist in continuously collapsing loose environments where traditional mining extraction would either be physically impossible, too dangerous, too expensive, or would result in excessive environmental disturbance.

In some environments, conventional mining technologies can only access such deposits at shallow depths leaving the vast known resources in the ground. SORD Co's mining systems are expected to have application on a global scale for the mining of:

• Alluvial Gold
• Heavy Mineral Sands
• Marine based Iron Sands
• Alluvial Tin
• Marine and Alluvial Diamonds
• Mine tailings
• Oil Sands and
• Coal in unconsolidated, wet collapsing geological environments.
