The Board and Management of Sord Technologies have considerable experience in developing innovative technologies and solving complex engineering, mining and business problems. With a broad range of commercial and technological experience, the Directors are well equipped to pursue the commercialisation of the Company's technologies, as well as to take advantage of other opportunities arising from their development.

Mr Carl Gerald Swensson - BSc (Hons.), Mem.AIMM

Mr Swensson, (54) is responsible for implementing the Company's business plan, the successful application and commercialisation of the technologies and identifying growth opportunities. He is a qualified geologist with extensive management experience over 26 years in the minerals exploration and mining industry.
Mr Swensson has held senior management positions for CRA Limited, Bendigo Gold Associates and Normandy Mining Limited. Prior to joining SORD Technologies he was the Chief Geologist, Exploration for Normandy Mining, responsible for the management, strategy and budget allocation for that company's mineral exploration program.
While working for CRA Limited Mr Swensson gained extensive experience on the deep leads of Victoria and the evaluation and economics of alluvial gold deposits in general. He was also involved in the development and testing of new borehole and solution mining technologies to exploit the deep lead resources.

Mr Neil Deryck Bray Graham - LL.B, B.Juris, B.Ec,B.Admin

Mr Graham (54) conceived, designed, and registered patent applications for the SORDMiner. He is a qualified lawyer and has extensive practical and commercial experience covering law, mining and the development of advanced technologies.
In addition to the SORDMiner patents, Mr Graham has previously been involved in the invention, registration and subsequent development of a number of patented designs and inventions in civil engineering, aircraft, manufacturing and engine components.
Mr Graham is also the inventor of the Quickstep moulding process for the curing of advanced composites materials.

Mr Nicholas (Nick) Michael Noble

Mr. Noble (48) is currently Chief Executive Officer of Quickstep Technologies Pty Ltd and Quickstep Holdings Ltd, Australian-based international technology companies pursuing the commercialisation and development of advanced composites materials technology for the global aviation and automobile industries. He is responsible for the management of the Quickstep development program including interfacing with market participants, establishing strategic alliances where appropriate and strategic planning to facilitate market entry of the technology in Europe and the US.
Mr Noble has held senior management and sales positions in companies within the industrial and aerospace industries both in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Mr Julian Land - BSc. (Hons.), MSc., MBA

Mr. Land (62) was until his recent retirement Principal Commercial Adviser at CSIRO Corporate. Mr Land's responsibilities at CSIRO included overseeing CSIRO's commercial relationships with the Australian minerals and energy industries.
His previous career included periods at the Australian Atomic Energy Commission, AERE Harwell, and the Department of Science in Canberra and CSIRO's former commercial arm, Sirotech Limited.
Mr. Land has been involved with most of CSIRO's major commercial projects in the minerals and energy industries over recent years. He served as Chairman of the Management Committee of the CSIRO/QMC Magnesium Metal Research Project leading to the formation of Australian Magnesium Corporation and its Gladstone demonstration plant.

Mr Neil Joyce

Mr Joyce (50) is the Senior Tax Partner in the Australian accounting firm, Stanton Partners. He joined Stanton Partners in 1985 and became a partner in 1987. Mr Joyce specialises in corporate and personal taxation, financial consulting and prospectus registration, corporations law and Stock Exchange listing rules.
He has particular expertise in the acquisition and disposal of businesses, company acquisitions and takeovers, tax effective financing and structuring of business entities, the taxation of overseas income, capital gains tax and many other areas. He has over 20 years experience in the corporate and business area.
Mr Joyce's vast experience includes consulting to a wide range of listed and unlisted companies and businesses in many industries, including mining, finance, manufacturing and wholesale. He has an exceptional working knowledge of the more complex issues which form part of today's taxation and corporate legislation
Mr Joyce has many years experience as a non-executive director of listed and unlisted public companies. Amongst other companies, he is currently a Director of 4M Corporation Pty Ltd, Empire Oil and Gas NL, Continuum Technologies.com Limited and Network Card Limited.
